Jesica Leguizamon
I am thrilled to continue serving Timberline Elementary as Gifted and Talented Lead Teacher! I have 7 years of teaching experience in a bilingual and dual language classroom. I am passionate about guiding students in the process of developing their gifts, talents, and experiences to impact the world. In addition to teaching, I have a background in hotel management and hospitality, but I have always had a desire to teach and serve my community.
I grew up in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and I had the opportunity to study, work and live abroad. I have a Masters’ Degree in Marketing and Innovation from Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge, United Kingdom.
My husband and I moved to Texas 10 years ago and immediately felt like home. We have two little Texans, Thiago and Camila, who love and enjoy Grapevine- Colleyville ISD.
In addition to teaching, I hope to use my language skills and cross-cultural skills to assist my students and families.

¡Estoy muy contenta de servir a la escuela primaria de Timberline como maestra de estudiantes dotados y talentosos! Tengo 7 años de experiencia docente en un salón de clases bilingüe y de dos idiomas. Me apasiona guiar a los estudiantes en el proceso de desarrollar sus dones, talentos y experiencias para impactar al mundo. Además de enseñar, tengo experiencia en administración de hoteles y hotelería, pero siempre he tenido el deseo de enseñar y servir a mi comunidad.
Crecí en Buenos Aires, Argentina, y tuve la oportunidad de estudiar, trabajar y vivir en el extranjero. Tengo una Maestría en Marketing e Innovación de la Universidad Anglia Ruskin, Cambridge, Reino Unido.
Mi esposo y yo nos mudamos a Texas hace 10 años e inmediatamente nos sentimos como en casa. Tenemos dos pequeños tejanos, Thiago y Camila, que aman y disfrutan de Grapevine-Colleyville ISD.
Además de enseñar, espero usar mis habilidades lingüísticas y habilidades interculturales para ayudar a mis estudiantes y familias.
