Hola segundo grado! Que emoción tener el privilegio de ser parte de esta gran familia de Timberline. Yo soy la maestra de español para ciencias, matemáticas, lectura, escritura, y estudios sociales. Un poco sobre mi, yo me gradué de la Universidad de Texas en Arlington con un bachillerato en educación de elemental bilingue, y este será mi primer año en Timberline. Originalmente soy de San Juan, Puerto Rico, pero a los 15 años me mude a Arlington, Texas. Me encanta hacer actividades al aire libre, todo que tengan que ver con Disney, y viajar. Estoy muy orgullosa de ser latina y poder hablar dos lenguajes, y mi meta es que yo pueda darle las herramientas para que todos mis estudiantes también tengan el privilegio y orgullo de ser bilingüe. Este será un año increíble lleno de mucha enseñanza y diversión.

Hello second grade! What a thrill to have the privilege of being part of this great Timberline family. I am the spanish teacher for science, math, reading, writing, and social studies. A little about me, I graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a BA in Bilingual Elementary Education, and this will be my first year in Timberline. I am originally from San Juan, Puerto Rico, but at the age of 15 I moved to Arlington, Texas. I love doing outdoor activities, everything that has to do with Disney, and traveling. I am very proud to be Latina and speak two languages, and my goal is that I can provide the tools so that all my students also have the privilege and pride of being bilingual. This is going to be an amazing year filled with lots of learning and fun.
